A chat session is a single conversation between a visitor and an operator. It starts when a visitor sends their first message and ends when the chat is closed. Follow-up messages within the same conversation count as one session.
What counts as a "tracked visitor"?
A tracked visitor is a unique visitor identified by a browser fingerprint within a calendar month. Repeat visits from the same browser count as one visitor.
